Be2bill: the only solution that offers straightforward reconciliation of transactions and financial flows

Be2bill’s unique position, as both a Payment Service Provider (PSP) and Merchant Account Provider, means e-retailers can streamline their account management and reconciliation.
Rentabiliweb was approved by the French Prudential Control Authority on 11 October 2010 and is now the only market player that operates as both a Merchant Account Provider and a Payment Service Provider (PSP). This unique position in France allows Rentabiliweb to reconcile transactions generated on e-commerce sites with the flows of funds that are actually credited to e-retailers’ accounts.
Given the complexity and multiplicity of payment techniques and scenarios, it is not always easy for accounting and finance departments to match a transaction to an amount credited to the e-retailer’s account.
At present, Be2bill is the only market player that can reconcile payment and order data with the financial flows generated by completed transactions. Be2bill’s services include the reconstitution of transactions in chronological order, a reporting package in table format and monitoring of anomalies, refunds or specific payment techniques (such as one-click purchase and payment in three interest-free instalments).
E-retailers who use the Be2bill solution thus benefit from unique clarity and ease of management in their accounting, in particular through the “order ID” monitoring tool, which tracks payments as from the moment of purchase.
