This concept, which emerged at the request of civil society (NGO, associations), is defined as follows by the European Commission: “companies’ integration of social, environmental and economic concerns within their business operations and in their interaction with their stakeholders on a voluntary basis”.
The CSR is the application for companies of sustainable development concepts, which include three pillars :
- environmental
- social
- economic
Rentabiliweb Group is deeply involved in this sustainable development approach and publishes an annual CSR report which presents the Group commitments in the social, societal, environmental and ethical sectors, with a focus on the governance of our products and services.
A responsible, committed approach
Whether it be the protection or traceability of our content, the maximum securisation of payment methods, the adaptability of our online games, the reliability of all of our network or the ethical control of all our services, Rentabiliweb undertakes to make sure the Internet is a responsible, secure tool. Furthermore, the Group is strengthening its social and environmental responsibility with the eligibility of Rentabiliweb’s actions in FCPI funds as well as through its adherence to the UN’s Global Compact.
A more viable and open global economic logic
Through its commitment, its activity and its strategic objectives, Rentabiliweb is integrating a more viable, more open global economic logic. The Global Compact endeavours to promote the civil responsibility of companies so that the world of business can participate in the search for solutions to resolve the problems created by globalisation.
Since 18 May 2010, Rentabiliweb has strengthened its social responsibility by adhering to the UN’s Global Compact, a direct initiative of Secretary General Kofi Annan. Rentabiliweb undertakes to take concrete measures to defend Human Rights, Labour Rights, Sustainable Development and the Fight against Corruption.

- The Universal Declaration of Human Rights
- The International Labour Organization’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work
- The Rio Declaration of Environment and Development
