As part of the deployment of its interactive telephone services for the media, advertisers and e-commerce sites in France, Rentabiliweb, an ARCEP-certified telecoms operator, is announcing that it has signed an telephone services contract with France’s leading online store, RueDuCommerce.

For RueDuCommerce, Rentabiliweb now handles all incoming (customer services, after sales support, online telephone orders, order tracking, delivery and more) and outgoing (management of the VoIP company telephone system for all Group employees) telephone services.

Rentabiliweb also offers optimized solutions enabling its customers to manage responsive SMS alerts for sales teams and to immediately handle emergencies and inform on-call technical staff.

“By entrusting us with the management of all of its telephone services, RueDuCommerce, a key player in online shopping, is acknowledging Rentabiliweb’s unique expertise,” explains Nordine Ouriachi, the Rentabiliweb Group’s Director of Sales and Marketing. “Indeed, our group is today able to meet the every need of today’s online merchants, from company telephone systems to after-sales to payment. On top of this, our statistical tools also enable our partners to very precisely sort and categorize their users and build a truly optimized, high-performance CRM database.”

” Seeking a reliable and efficient partner able of seamlessly managing hundreds of thousands of annual contacts, RueDuCommerce has chosen Rentabiliweb to operate its telephone services.” declared Gauthier Picquart, CEO of RueDuCommerce Group.

Founded 11 years ago, the RueDuCommerce Group features four flagship brands, RueDuCommerce.com, TopAchat.com, Clust.com and Alapage.com. The Group’s total cumulative audience was 7.3 million visitors in December 2010, with nearly 8 million customers and 2 million products on offer.

RueDuCommerce, the first independent e-commerce group listed on the Paris Stock Exchange, was voted “Best Online Shop for technical products” by FEVAD in 2009. In addition, according to a study carried out by Witbe in December 2010, it is the best performing e-commerce website, from a technical standpoint, of the 10 largest online retail sites, with a performance index far higher than that of its competitors. Finally, it is one of the few sites to have maintained maximum availability rates during the January 2011 sales, thus enabling its customers to access its online special offers despite extremely heavy traffic at this time of year.
