Rentabiliweb may not be a particularly well known business, but this is certainly not the fault of its colourful founder, Jean-Baptiste Descroix-Vernier, whose original image is carefully cultivated. Living in Amsterdam on a barge chock-full of technology, this kilt-wearer is working on all fronts to develop his Internet services start-up, founded in 2002. Rentabiliweb, la société spécialisée en monétarisation d’audience Internet, a tenu ce lundi son assemblée générale ordinaire. la distribution d’un dividende brut unitaire de 2 centimes d’euro a été approuvée. En marge de cette assemblée, le CEO a déclaré que le groupe ambitonnait d’augmenter la part de free float au sein de son actionnariat.
