Be2bill, the acquiring bank for e-retailers, now automatically and exhaustively provides the reasons for failed payments (invalid card, ceiling exceeded, unauthorised card, expired card etc.) or for the customer abandoning the basket.

In case of a failed payment transaction, this innovation involves a dynamic notification. The consumer is immediately informed, without delay or any break in the flow, directly on the payment page, and an immediate solution is proposed. The instantaneous message indicates the reason for the payment failure and provides cyber-shoppers with payment alternatives (payment in n instalments without extra charge, change of payment instruments, etc.).
