The General Meeting of Rentabiliweb, held on Wednesday, May 16, 2012, decided, for the year 2011, the payment of a dividend of 0.40 euros per share.
Given the payment of an interim dividend of € 0.20 on the 7th November 2011, the balance of € 0.20 will be paid on May 28, 2012.
The last day of trading cum dividend is on Tuesday, May 22, 2012.
The group confirms its strategy of offering performance to its shareholders in 2012 and will announce later this year the dividend allocated over the year.
